Pro Staff Select  is seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF who has worked in top premier brands to oversee product development for menus and operations at multiple kitchen operations.

• Oversee product development for menus and operations across multiple kitchen outlets.
• Drive efficiency, cleanliness, kitchen planning, and organization.
• Maintain and manage Point of Sale Programmes for Front of House & Back of House.
• Provide training and development for kitchen staff.
• Ensure exceptional hygiene, presentation and a positive disposition.

• At least 5-8 years experience as a Senior Chef in a similar managerial role.
• Proven work methods and systems to drive efficiency and cleanliness.
• Sound working knowledge of POS programmes for FOH & BOH.
• Excellent computer and admin skills.
• Natural tendency for training and developing others.
• A team‑focused individual with effective communication and delegation skills.
• Exceptional personal hygiene, overall presentation, and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate daily travelling between outlets.
