A renowned hotel chain in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in a four- or five-star hotel environment, demonstrating culinary expertise and strong leadership skills. This position involves overseeing a brigade of around 45 staff, managing menu planning and costing, and ensuring the highest hygiene standards.

Candidates must possess a Matric certificate and Culinary Diploma and be fluent in English. Preference will be given to local candidates.
