An excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join the leadership team of this established with this leading hotel group, based in Cape Town.

The Restaurant General Manager plays a critical role in team leadership, operational excellence, financial oversight, and fostering a high-performance, guest-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service

Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling

Drive revenue growth and control costs to meet financial targets

Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

South African national/ or valid work permit

5 yrs proven experience as a Restaurant GM within hotels or leading hospitality groups

Formal training or certification in F&B Management or a related field (preferred).

Wine service or sommelier training (advantageous).

Salary Package: R35000 – R40 000
