Position: Junior Sous Chef - Lead Pastry & Culinary Growth
A luxury hospitality venue in Cape Town is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist in managing kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of award-winning cuisine. You will take a leadership role in mentoring the kitchen team while overseeing inventory and maintaining culinary standards. The ideal candidate will have a Matric Certificate, a Culinary Diploma, and 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

This role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
