A luxury hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for fine dining and exceptional culinary standards. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, maintain 5-star food presentation, and ensure clear communication across the kitchen and villas. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.
