Field Marketer – Sales Plays & Campaigns (6-Month Contract)

Location: Remote (North America business hours preferred)

Working Hours: Full-time, aligned to North America time zones

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Marketer (Sales Plays Contractor) to join our team on a 6‑month contract. This role requires a dynamic, creative, and commercially driven professional with strong sales enablement and marketing campaign experience.

As a Field Marketer, you will design, launch, and optimize sales plays and product set campaigns that drive pipeline growth and increase engagement across the North American sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create compelling sales plays and product sets (approx. 4–5 per month) aligned with training offerings and key market opportunities.
  • Develop targeted campaigns, including messaging, email templates, scripts, and supporting assets; push campaigns out to sales teams and track adoption.
  • Engage sales teams with energy and influence to ensure adoption of campaigns, building excitement and buy‑in across the business.
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Salesforce and 6sense, review results each month, and optimize future plays based on feedback and data.
Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B field marketing, sales enablement, or campaign execution.
  • Background in technical training, IT services, or SaaS industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and execute impactful sales plays and go‑to‑market campaigns.
  • Proficiency with 6sense, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Sales Engagement.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Commercial mindset: ability to think creatively and tactically to drive sales attention and quick wins.
  • Persistent, charismatic, and confident in engaging sales teams to push initiatives forward.
