Job Description
Location: RSA
Experience
Required:
Minimum 5 years in Solar Sales / Solar C&I segment
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals in Solar Sales and Solar C&I (Commercial & Industrial) to join our team in RSA. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong client networking skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in the solar sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar C&I segment across RSA.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, and negotiations to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, EPC partners, and end customers.
- Conduct site assessments, load analysis, and understand customer energy requirements.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to provide accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies in the solar sector.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for leadership review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Sales or Solar C&I projects.
- Strong understanding of solar power systems (Rooftop, Ground-mounted, C&I, Hybrid, Battery Storage).
- Proven track record of closing medium and large-scale solar projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios efficiently.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel within RSA for client meetings and site visits.
- Experience working with EPC companies, solar developers, or renewable energy firms.
- Technical understanding of PV systems, inverters, energy audits, financial analysis (IRR, ROI), etc.
- Network with major industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
