We are a well-established lighting import and distribution company headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.

As part of our expansion into Lesotho, we are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow our external sales presence across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering measurable sales results in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in a similar external sales role
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in the lighting, electrical, or construction-related industry will be a strong advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in Lesotho (citizenship or valid work permit) and must currently reside in Lesotho.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities throughout Lesotho
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular client visits and product presentations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate lighting solutions
• Actively pursue new market opportunities within the assigned territory
• Represent the company at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Work closely with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within set timelines
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management
