Sales Manager - West Coast; Langebaan

We are looking for an energetic and passionate real estate professional to fulfil the role of Sales Manager across our West Coast branches. The main purpose of this role is to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure that a strong, customer-focused culture is entrenched within the sales team, in line with our brand and values.

Scope of the Role

This is a Cape Region sales role focusing on the West Coast sales territories. The role is based in our Langebaan office, and will focus on managing and growing the sales team as required by the Branch Managers.

Main Purpose of the Role

To support the Branch Managers in increasing market share, sales, profitability and the profile of Pam Golding Properties within the territory. This includes recruiting, supporting, mentoring and coaching Agents, ensuring that all clients receive a consistently high-quality service, and embedding a strong, customer-focused service culture within the branches.
