URGENT VACANCY

A well-established industrial and engineering services company is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow its customer base within the manufacturing and production sectors. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to understand engineering requirements, and a customer-focused approach to delivering effective solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, production, and operations teams.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide technical sales support to clients within the steel, engineering, manufacturing, and printing industries
• Interpret and understand technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders to ensure successful conversion
• Liaise closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate order execution
• Deliver a high level of customer service and after-sales support
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

• Proven technical sales experience within an industrial environment
• Background or exposure to the steel industry (essential)
• Experience with in the printing industry (advantageous)
• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
