Renewable Energy Sales Support​/PA Administrator – CPT CBD

Our client near Foreshore requires a proactive individual with advanced Excel skills who can work independently and manage all sales documents, orders, reports, presentations and client liaison. A qualification in Office Administration or Project Management is required.

• Matric and qualification in Office administration / Project management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support / sales admin / similar roles
• Experience with in the Renewable Energy or Construction Industry - advantageous
• English & Afrikaans
• Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Strong client & project management skills
• Customer centricity
• Prepared to travel nationwide as required
• Able to form part of thriving, dynamic team while working in a corporate environment
• Innovative, able to think out-the-box

• Assist the sales and development team with preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Customer support and communication updating customers
• Coordinate with other departments to efficient cross-collaboration
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as required
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management
• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed
• Update orders and invoices on a regular basis
• Assist with Customer engagement meetings
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all sales processes
• Work with legal and regulatory teams to navigate changes in market rules and policies
