Ello Technology is hiring a New Business Consultant who can hunt and close.
This is not an account management role.
This is outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing recurring monthly agreements.
If you don’t enjoy cold calling and building a pipeline daily, this isn’t for you.
Your Core Outcome
Close R150k new MRR per quarter
(R600k new MRR by year-end)
What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily (cold calling + Linked In + email + networking)
- Run structured discovery calls
- Qualify hard
- Present solutions clearly
- Close recurring revenue
- Maintain strict Zoho CRM discipline
Weekly Activity Standards (Directional)
- 250–400 cold calls
- 8–12 discovery meetings booked
- 3–6 proposals sent
- R12,500+ new MRR closed per week (avg to hit target)
Output creates pipeline. Pipeline creates MRR.
Non-Negotiables
- Proven outbound experience
- Comfortable handling rejection
- Can confidently ask for the business
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Clean CRM habits (Zoho mandatory)
- Consultative selling ability
