A high-growth fintech player is expanding its footprint across the Western Cape and is looking for a Growth Executive with true hunter DNA. Someone who doesnt wait to be told where to go, they already know. Someone who thrives with autonomy, loves the field, and understands the power of real partnerships with real merchants.

What you will do

  • Own and dominate your territory like its your own business
  • Hunt daily for new merchants across retail, general trade, fuel, hardware, hospitality & more
  • Convert leads into signed, installed, revenue-generating accounts
  • Drive activations, ARPU growth, and multi-product adoption
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and disciplined CRM management
  • Move fast, follow through, and outperform your monthly targets
  • Represent a trusted fintech brand to merchants across the province

What we are looking for

  • A natural closer with 3+ years field sales or merchant acquisition experience
  • Someone who thrives on being out in the community — not behind a desk
  • A relationship builder who merchants remember
  • A disciplined operator who uses data, CRM insights, and strong follow-through
