Snr Executive Key Account Sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary studies in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a sales role, with at least 5 years in a senior or key account capacity
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
• Technical knowledge of the HVAC industry & related systems is advantageous

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management
• Collaborate with the head office team and on-site installations teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Appoint, mentor and support junior sales team members to enhance team performance
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
