Seeking a Domestic & Corporate Sales Representative to promote the image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts from the following markets:
Corporate – corporate individual and conferencing, PCO, Retail, Domestic market

Key Duties:

Follow up leads by visiting prospective clients regularly
Identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales analysis and client profile
Entertain prospective clients, where possible combining this with educational.
Liaise closely with operational staff on all details for a prospective new contract and gain their agreement on all details.
Maintain communication with the client once the contract is established and show an ongoing interest in the operation.
Research prospective client details, finding out as much as possible about the company to ensure a professional approach.
Constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
Present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly researched cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.
Constantly be aware of new business opportunities and action these.
Sales through focused, consistent and effective sales calls to Inbound, Domestic Wholesale, Retail, PCO and Corporate
Grow regional and corporate database
Maintain & build client relationships
Increase new business from relevant market sector
Training & Product Knowledge to clients
Attending EMC Client Functions
Prepare and implement creative sales initiatives, properties in distress action plans

Minimum Experience and Qualification

Required:

Tertiary level qualification preferable in Hospitality Management or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role
Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
