We are looking for an experienced Senior Rental Agent to join our Business Development team.

This is a dual-role position combining client-facing rental account management with oversight of our Island Studios facilities. You will manage the full rental lifecycle, build strong client relationships, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure our studio spaces deliver an exceptional experience for productions.

• Managing rental projects from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, crew, and industry contacts.
• Providing expert advice on equipment, services, and production solutions.
• Negotiating and delivering profitable rental and studio bookings.
• Managing studio schedules, bookings, and client requirements across Island Studios.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for studio enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinating with Operations, Facilities, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth.

• Experience in rental account management, production services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of the film, television, broadcast, or production industry would be advantageous.
