About the Role

We are looking for a Field Engineer with a strong electrical background to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting Tracepan systems at client sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and engaging directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission Tracepan systems at customer sites
• Perform system setup and testing
• Provide on-site technical support and fault-finding
• Train customers on system operation
• Complete installation and service documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards

Requirements

• Electrical qualification (Electrician / Electrical Technician / Engineering Diploma)
• Proven experience working with electrical systems in the field
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Advantageous

• Experience with similar monitoring/traceability systems
• Industrial or manufacturing environment experience
