Assistant to Diesel Mechanic

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic Assistant to join our team in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess a passion for diesel mechanics and have experience working on various types of diesel vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, be able to work effectively under supervision, and be able to perform tasks with minimal guidance.

• Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repairs of diesel trucks
• Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify any issues that require attention from senior technicians
• Carry out other tasks as required by the workshop manager or senior technician

• Experience working on diesel trucks
• Excellent technical skills
• Able to work effectively under supervision
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
