We are currently seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in rigging and lifting operations, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. The Rigger will be responsible for setting up and maintaining rigging equipment, as well as coordinating and executing lifting operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain rigging equipment according to project specifications - Inspect rigging equipment for any defects or damage - Coordinate and execute lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency - Communicate with team members and crane operators to ensure smooth operations - Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries - Keep accurate records of rigging equipment and materials used - Assist in training and mentoring junior riggers - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute rigging operations - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during rigging operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:
