We are seeking a Qualified Senior Plumber with strong leadership skills and a hands‑on, self‑motivated approach. The successful candidate must be able to manage teams, work independently, and maintain exceptional standards of service and professionalism.
The primary focus of the role will be the installation of water meters and related plumbing tasks on a daily basis, servicing both residential and commercial clients.

• Install water meters of various sizes.
• Perform commercial and residential plumbing maintenance and related tasks.
• Lead and manage plumbing teams effectively.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work independently while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable plumbing standards and SANS codes.
• Manage and control plumbing stock and materials.
• Complete accurate reporting and communicate effectively with management and clients.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of service and professionalism.

• Qualified Plumber.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial and residential maintenance plumbing
  .
• Proven experience installing water meters of various sizes.
• Previous team leadership and management experience.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong stock control and management skills.
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Word and related Microsoft Office packages
  .
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Plumbing SANS Codes

• Experience working with:

  • Hep2O pipes and fittings

• Leak detection
