Cellphone Repair Technician

Location: Muizenberg, Cape Town, South Africa

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Cellphone Repair Technician to join our growing team in Cape Town. If you're passionate about mobile technology and have strong hands‑on repair experience, this opportunity is for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of cellphone faults while delivering excellent customer service.
Experience with appliance repairs will be considered an advantage.

• Diagnosing hardware and software faults
• Screen replacement (LCD/OLED)
• Battery replacement and charging port repairs
• Board-level repairs (basic to intermediate)
• Camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs
• Software flashing, updates, and data recovery
• Using specialised repair tools and diagnostic equipment

• Minimum 2 years' experience in cellphone repairs
• Proven experience repairing smartphones (Android & iOS)
• Appliance repair experience beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and ability to meet repair deadlines
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills

• Salary of R9,000 – R14,000 per month, depending on experience
