Purpose Of The Job: Our client, a reputable and well-established independent passenger vehicle service centre, are seeking a Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified technician who is eager to develop their technical skills within a professional workshop environment that places a strong emphasis on continuous learning, training, and career development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard while consistently achieving productivity targets and maintaining exceptional workmanship.
Productivity Requirements:
- Consistently achieve a minimum of 9 productive labour hours per day
- Complete assigned work within allocated time frames while maintaining quality standards
- Demonstrate efficiency, reliability, and accountability in daily workshop activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician (Trade Tested) within the automotive industry, service centre or workshop environment
- Newly qualified technicians are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's licence
- Basic diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repair procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing technical training
