We're looking for an Installations Supervisor to manage our field teams, ensure top-quality installations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll oversee day-to-day installations, refine processes, and ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

• Manage, train, and develop installation teams.
• Oversee field operations, schedules, and quality control.
• Review and refine work orders and plans before deployment.
• Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and improve installation efficiency and service standards.

• Completed grade 12 or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience in fibre, telecommunications, network installations, or a similar field-based technical environment.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory/team leadership experience, managing installation teams or field technicians.
• Good understanding of fibre installation practices, FTTH/FTTB environments, and network infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating daily installation schedules, resources, technicians, and work orders.
• Strong knowledge of installation quality standards, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Ability to conduct quality checks, identify installation issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Good communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
