Aircraft Interior Systems Technician

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Aircraft Interior Systems Technician to join their maintenance facility in Kimberley . This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabin interior systems, including passenger entertainment, lighting, galley equipment, and lavatory systems. Ensuring a comfortable, functional, and safe cabin environment is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for electrical and mechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Install, repair, and maintain aircraft cabin interior systems, such as in-flight entertainment (IFE), lighting, and power outlets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in galley and lavatory systems, including water and waste systems.
• Perform modifications and upgrades to cabin interiors as per service bulletins and engineering orders.
• Test repaired or installed systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed on cabin interior systems.
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of interior systems work.

• Previous experience in aircraft interior systems maintenance or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems found in aircraft cabins.
• Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
