Senior HVAC Installation Technician

Our client, a leading provider of climate control solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Installation Technician to join their dynamic team in

• Install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and VRF units.
• Conduct thorough system diagnostics and troubleshoot complex issues to identify root causes of malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate installations.
• Perform system commissioning, testing, and balancing to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Manage project timelines and material inventory for assigned installations, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide clear and concise technical reports and documentation for each completed job.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Installation Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand/power tools.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• F-Gas certification or equivalent relevant certifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Physical ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Experience with smart home integration and building management systems is a plus.
