About the role

Leadinfo is growing fast. We’re expanding our product offering, scaling our teams, and preparing to move from a single-product company to a multi-product platform. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Business Controller to join us in our efforts.

As our Senior Business Controller
, you’ll support financial planning, reporting, and monthly closing activities across our fast-growing SaaS business. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help steer data‑driven decision‑making. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the company—think Sales, Marketing, Product and more.

• Prepare monthly reports and support the financial month‑end close;
• Excel with budgeting & forecasting
  , tracking performance against targets;
• Perform variance analyses and spot trends, risks and opportunities;
• Work with cross‑functional teams to gather financial and operational input;
• Support process improvements and help streamline financial workflows.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in a finance or business support role;
• Strong analytical mindset and a natural feel for numbers and Excel;
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, curious attitude;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
