Automotive Photographer – Part Time


Schedule: 3 days per week (MWF), until work is completed
Route: Santa Cruz and surrounding areas
Pay: $24.00+ per hour
(Hourly pay is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout)

Heavier workloads may provide additional opportunities to assist in Salinas, Monterey, or San Jose, depending on your location.

About the Role


Pro-Motion Pix is seeking a part-time Automotive Dealership Photographer to capture high-quality photos, spins, and videos of dealership vehicles using a company-issued iPhone.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll stage vehicles, photograph them, and coordinate with dealership staff to ensure everything is ready to shoot.

No prior photography experience required — paid training is provided!


What We’re Looking For


We’re seeking reliable, hard-working individuals who:

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Are comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required)
• Can work outdoors and handle physical tasks
• Communicate clearly and solve problems independently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stay motivated in an independent work environment
• Are eager to learn dealership and automotive photography

Job Responsibilities

• Use your own vehicle to follow your assigned schedule and visit dealerships
• Capture photos, spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app
• Locate vehicle keys and move vehicles to staging areas
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicles that are unavailable or not ready

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Manual transmission experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service oriented and proactive
• Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable with smartphone technology
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
