Bilingual Outreach Representative (English/Spanish)
Santa Cruz, CA $20/hour Full-Time | Temporary (3 Months) Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Virtual Interview
Do you love helping people, engaging with your community, and making a difference? We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outreach Representative to assist individuals with healthcare enrollment, provide education on available services, and represent the program at community events and health fairs.
Community outreach & presentations Assist with enrollment/disenrollment processes Build relationships with local organizations Data entry and client support
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Local Santa Cruz County candidates strongly preferred
Perfect for candidates with customer service, outreach, public speaking, community engagement, healthcare, or human services experience.
