Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Triaging client leads and making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products.
- Working with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommending banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
- Mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Providing coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
- Maintain SAFE Act registration and complete required background checks.
- Meet or exceed sales goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Use regulatory due diligence and risk management in everyday tasks.
- Current Series 7 & 66 license (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) with ability to pass missing series within 60 days.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and regulatory compliance.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- At least three years of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Relevant insurance licenses.
- Account Management Advisory Client Experience Branding Customer and Client Focus Oral Communications Active Listening Attention to Detail Client Solutions Advisory Issue Management Pipeline Management Causation Analysis Client Management Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Risk Management Written Communications.
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, open availability required plus some Saturdays. - Shift: 1st shift; hours per week: 40.
- Pay range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, determined by experience, education and skill set.
- Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
The role is currently benefits eligible. Employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off and standard company benefits. Employees are also eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan governed by performance metrics.
