Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Capitola, CA. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will handle day-to-day management of commercial lines insurance accounts for our nonprofit clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing policy renewals, servicing accounts, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks involve working collaboratively with team members and staying informed on insurance products and trends relevant to the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Lines Coverage, including knowledge of insurance policies and programs tailored to nonprofit organizations.
  • Account Management and Customer Service skills to effectively support client relationships and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Familiarity with Nonprofit markets and coverage strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Insurance-specific tasks such as policy renewals, claims management, and understanding regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant certifications a bonus, Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
