SUMMARY
This position is responsible for customer service, administrative and accounting functions. Your role would encompass a wide range of tasks. Strong organizational and communicational skills are important.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESEssential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Post retail and wholesale vehicle deals.
- Bill out and post dealer trades.
- Stock incoming units.
- Pay off floor plan.
- Write payoff checks.
- Title work.
- Transmit CVR.
- Review and correct schedules.
- Follow office operations and procedures.
- Stays abreast of computer system accordingly.
- Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Maintains an efficient filing system.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Four to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
