Qualifications  :
Degree:  MD or DO

Certifications:

Board Certification is required within 2 years
Licensure:
Ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
Skillset:
Experience across the full spectrum of Ear, Nose, and Throat
Sub-Specialties:
B&B role primarily with some Head and Neck

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience is preferred
