Per Diem Neurosurgery Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Neurosurgeon to join a growing neurosurgical program in Carbondale, Illinois. This unique opportunity offers a highly desirable two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while delivering high-quality neurosurgical care to the community.

• Provide comprehensive surgical and clinical care for patients with neurological conditions
• Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures with precision and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in neurosurgery and apply best practices
• Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents as needed

• Perdiem role with a two weeks on / two weeks of f rotation
• Balanced workload supporting both professional fulfillment and personal well-being

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong surgical skills with experience across a wide range of neurosurgical procedures
