About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Neurosurgeon to
join a growing neurosurgical program in Carbondale, Illinois. This unique
opportunity offers a highly desirable two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule,
allowing for an excellent work-life balance while delivering high-quality
neurosurgical care to the community.

Responsibilities

Provide
comprehensive surgical and clinical care for patients with neurological
conditions

Perform
a broad range of neurosurgical procedures with precision and clinical
excellence

Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of advancements in neurosurgery and apply best
practices

Participate
in the education and training of medical students and residents as needed

Schedule Highlights

Per
diem role with a two weeks on / two weeks of f  rotation

Qualifications

Medical
degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school

Completion
of an accredited Neurosurgery Residency Program

Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery

Active
Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)

Strong
surgical skills with experience across a wide range of neurosurgical
procedures
