Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking a part-time Lecturer in Industrial Design to teach one course each Fall and Spring semester. The position is 25% FTE and requires a terminal degree in a design-related field or a BA/BFA in Industrial Design with substantial industry experience.
Prior teaching and hands-on design fabrication skills are preferred. The candidate will contribute to course material development and participate in portfolio evaluations and program planning activities.
