You will manage the technical back-end of the lending cycle—from coordinating with appraisers and title companies to ensuring all loan documents are processed correctly. The Mortgage Loan Processor facilitates the technical execution of the mortgage lifecycle by managing third-party service orders, calculating final closing figures, and maintaining general ledger accuracy.

• Application Processing: Manage the essential components of mortgage applications, including ordering title work, flood certificates, and verifications of employment or deposit.
• Closing Support: Collaborate closely with the Mortgage Loan Originator to calculate and obtain final closing figures, ensuring a smooth transition to the signing table.
• Community & Vendor Liaison: Act as the point of contact for third-party vendors (title companies, appraisers).
• Compliance Stewardship: Maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
• Workflow Optimization: Assist in the consistency of financial reporting and monitor industry trends to keep our internal processing methods modern and efficient.
