As our Mortgage Loan Servicer, you are the primary advocate for our members throughout the entire life of their loan. From managing complex escrow accounts and property taxes to coordinating with secondary market partners, you ensure every detail is handled with precision. The Mortgage Loan Servicer oversees the post-closing technical lifecycle of real estate loans, managing escrow analysis, tax and insurance disbursements, and secondary market reporting while providing specialized support for member inquiries, subordination agreements, and paid-in-full processing.

• Primary Member Support: Act as the main point of contact for members after their loan closes, assisting with payment issues, escrow questions, and formal Verification of Mortgage (VOM) requests.
• Escrow & Tax Management: Perform annual escrow analysis and ensure the timely payment of real estate taxes, homeowners' insurance, and PMI premiums.
• Financial Lifecycle Maintenance: Execute the "paid-in-full" process, service adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), and prepare quarterly mortgage statements and 1099 tax forms.
• Secondary Market Coordination: Package and sell loans to the secondary market, performing daily reporting and reconciliation with external partners.
• Specialized Documentation: Prepare and execute subordination agreements, review appraisals for Home Equity loans, and monitor ongoing insurance coverage.
• Compliance Oversight: Maintain strict regulatory compliance regarding real estate lending and bankruptcy, ensuring all in-house and secondary market files are complete and audit-ready.

  High school diploma or equivalent.
