People Development (50%) Lead with
Purpose:

Recruit & Onboard Top Talent:
Use all available tools to recruit Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. Conduct engaging new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of onboarding paperwork.;
Train & Develop Future Leaders:
Create personalized training plans with clear 90- and 180-day goals. Host one-on-one development check-ins every 60 days.;
Drive Performance & Recognition:
Ensure shift leaders follow deployment charts to maximize team development. Celebrate achievements in creative and meaningful ways.;
Resolve & Support:
Address employee concerns with professionalism and care. Foster a culture of accountability, support, and continuous improvement.
