Position Description
Title: Production Operator
Department: Coating or Converting
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
Principal Accountabilities- Responsible for performing work assigned in our manufacturing area according to the scheduled production requirements.
- Must run production equipment in a safe, productive, efficient, and quality-conscious manner to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Must be self‑motivated, cooperative, and have excellent attendance.
- Comply with all work rules while performing job assignments and utilize critical reasoning skills when solving problems that affect safety, quality, and productivity.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1‑3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work any shift, and capable of working weekends and overtime.
