Position Description
Title: Production Operator
Department: Coating or Converting
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
Principle Accountabilities- Perform work assigned in manufacturing area according to scheduled production requirements.
- Run production equipment safely, productively, efficiently, and quality‑conscious to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Be self‑motivated, cooperative, and maintain excellent attendance.
- Comply with all work rules while performing job assignments and use critical reasoning to solve problems affecting safety, quality, and productivity.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
