• Emergency Departments (at Southern Illinois Hospitals like Harrisburg Medical Center, Herrin Hospital, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, St. Joseph Memorial Hospital):
  Require BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS.
• Intensive Care Units:
  Require NIHSS, BLS, ACLS;
  Memorial Hospital of Carbondale prefers CSU-ALS.
• Progressive Care Units and Step Down ICU:
  Require NIHSS, BLS, ACLS.
• Acute Rehab and Medical Units:
  Require BLS and NIHSS.
• Other
  
  Certifications:
• NRP for Birthing Centers and Mother Baby/Neonatal ICU.
• OCNCTC, Infusion Therapy certification for related units.

• Requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed, reflecting the clinician's scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies.

• Days in the CVOR with call, as required, 8 hours, .
