Southern Illinois University, Lydy Lab, seeks a motivated postdoctoral researcher to study the fate and effects of current-use pesticides in aquatic systems at Carbondale, IL. You will develop analytical methods and quantify pesticides in water, sediment, invertebrates, and fish, with a focus on salmon rearing and exposure outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in toxicology or environmental chemistry, hands-on experience with GC-MS/LC-MS, and strong data analysis skills in R.
