Southern Illinois University Carbondale's Lydy Lab is seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher to examine the fate and effects of current-use pesticides in aquatic systems. You will develop methods to detect pesticides in water, sediment, invertebrates and fish, and assess exposure impacts on salmon rearing.
The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in toxicology or environmental chemistry, hands-on experience with GC-MS or LC-MS, and skills in data analysis and scientific writing.
