The Lydy Lab at Southern Illinois University invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to study the fate and effects of current-use pesticides in aquatic systems. The candidate will develop detection methods for pesticides across water, sediment, invertebrates and fish and assess exposure impacts on salmon rearing.
Ideal candidates hold a PhD in toxicology or environmental chemistry and have hands-on experience with GC-MS or LC-MS methods, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
