Kitchen Prep Assistant Description We  are looking for a candidate who has kitchen experience, preferably in Asian cooking. Candidates must be punctual, hard working and work without constant supervision.

Duties include:

cooking lots of rice, cutting fresh meats & veggies and cleaning..lots of cleaning. Potential of promotion to line cook is also open for candidates who show promise and exceed expectations. Good candidates must have prior knife experience and be able listen and remember instructions. Being a Chinese restaurant the ability to overcome language barriers is a must. We also ask for at least a 1 year commitment.

Training is a long term process and we ask that you respect our time.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to
* Cutting meats and veggies
* Cooking rice
* Helping cooks prep dishes and ingredients needed
* Sweeping and mopping the floors
* Washing pots and pans
* Making egg rolls and crab rangoons
* Provide great teamwork
