New grads & walk‑ins welcome! Shift times are 8‑hour shifts: 7:00‑3:30 p.m. or 3:00‑11:30 p.m.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPNs provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Compassionate, patient‑focused, and committed to providing high‑quality care
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially
Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document residents’ health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities
  • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
  • Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures
  • Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary
  • Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA)
