We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will be key in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
- 2 years of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting
- 1 Year of supervising/leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided.
- Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels.
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care.
- Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.
