Position Highlights- New $2,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time LPNs
- 8‑hour shifts: 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications- LPN license
- Compassionate, patient‑focused, and committed to providing high‑quality care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents’ health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures
- Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary
- Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA)
Walk‑in interviews welcome Monday‑Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
