Your Impact as an RN

As a Registered Nurse on 2nd shift, you will be a cornerstone of our residents’ care, combining clinical excellence with genuine compassion to support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

  • Closely monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and the care team

  • Provide leadership and support to LPNs and CNAs, fostering a positive and effective team environment

  • Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with all regulations

  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social workers, and more) to deliver coordinated, holistic care

  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies with calm, competent interventions

  • Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies

Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities

  • Passion for geriatric care and a genuine desire to improve residents’ lives

  • Current CPR/BLS certification
