• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

• Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Current RN license in good standing.

• At least 6 months of experience working as an RN.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
